We are locally owned and operated and take pride in keeping the neighborhoods of Metro Detroit clean. Priority Waste makes curbside trash and recycling pickup easy; utilizing our wheeled containers with attached lids.
Recycling will remain at City Hall in a commingled roll off container 26450 Munro Ave., Gibraltar, MI 48173. If your service falls on or after a Holiday, services will move to the following business day. If a Holiday falls on a weekend, services will not be affected. If you are trying to purchase a City of Gibraltar branded trash container, please call the City of Gibraltar directly at 734-676-3900.

Critical: Quality, Responsiveness
Called numerous times after being missed for trash and recycling on a few occasions. Trash had to be hauled back inside Called on 1/20/22 assured they would send notice for special pickup. So much for that lie!!! Came home from out of town on 1/24/22 trash still remains. Priority Waste.

Regular Trash Pickup for the Home & Apartment Building. Stay away from this Company. The cost keeps going up with all these additional charges. They will also charge you for a fuel sur charge. They make it difficult to Cancel and want you to sign a new agreement every time you make a payment. This is very corrupt Company and I suggest you find someone who takes care of their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Observed one of their front end loading trucks spewing garbage everywhere!! It looked like everything that was emptied out of the garage container ended up ON TOP of the truck and was blowing off as he drove down the road. And I mean A LOT of garbage! I called the company and they didn't seem to be to concerned about it.😡 Said they couldnt send anyone out to pick up the mess because "it probably already blew away!" I would NEVER use this company!!!!!!

I called this am to cancel basic residential waste management services. I was told I cannot simple cancel services that I will be reported to their collections department and incur a cancellation fee per Katie. At least that’s what she said her name was. I am not under any such contract to keep their residential services nor incur a cancellation fee. I called back a second time and it was not labeled under my account that I’m trying to cancel. I asked for a name, email or another contact and they said they would not be giving me that information. I asked to schedule a can pick up to attempt

I’m a independent contractor and I have been using Priority waste for many years with no issues, till today. We had a problem with the dumpster placement it was slightly off center (no one’s fault) but it blocked the garage. I called Mike Cohen on a Saturday and within 30 minutes he had a driver go to Plymouth and move the dumpster for my customer. A huge thank you to Mike Cohen and the people responsible for making me and my customer extremely happy on a icy Saturday.

They took over our last vendor. Service is terrible. We have 2 - 30 yard front load dumpsters and we get it dumped three time each week. It is now Thursday and we should have been dumped twice by now. They have not showed up this week. We cannot run a business like this! I called Tuesday and they confirmed that we were on the schedule. Looking for a new company.

Purchased 2 30 yard dumpsters for evictions. After the fact they charged my credit card number that they saved, without my permission, for an 'over weight fee' on one. On the second dumpster they charged me 190.00 dollars for it being there to long. We did NOT request them to leave it. We NEVER do as locals will abuse the dumpsters. They simply just didn't pick it up in 7 days like they were supposed to. I contacted them by email and phone. Emailed back to their one and only reply, requested supervisor, nothing. I approached it as there must be some mistake- and they will not reply or make this

First off you have to sign a contract, this should have made me suspicious. I have only had them for 6 weeks, and paid extra for recycling. The first week they did not pick up my trash, the second week both my trash and recyclables were put into the garbage truck despite the recyclables being clearly identified. I called to complain and told they told me someone would call me back. The 3rd week I did not put trash out, the forth week was fine (trash only). The 5 week no trash, the 6th week again my trash and recyclables were both thrown into the garbage truck. I have called no fewer then 7 times

Hi all, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had, incompetent drivers damaged my Unilock pavers and street, terrible customer service wants you to sign a contract to protect themselves, overcharged $2,182 after paying $3,000 for two 40 foot dumpster.

Priority Waste took over old trash company for our rural street. Kind customer service, yet slow to respond back in the beginning. Service was early and neatly done. Then cans were on sides, tossed over, left open, lack of care. Customr service became useless. Called multiple locations too. It was as tho no one in company knew what was going on.
NewTrash cans dropped off to only 2 neighbors, which were NOT requested. MONTHS of calls texts emails to get it picked up. Empty promises. Definite attitude given. During the waiting, the company drops off new cans to the 5 other neighbors!! Which No one
