Grand Lake Mental Health Center is a not for profit Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic serving adults, children, and families in Northeast and Northcentral Oklahoma since 1979. We offer an array of recovery-focused services for persons with mental illness and persons with co-occurring substance related disorders.

Grand Lake Mental Health Care offers a variety of programs and services for individuals age four throughout lifespan. We provide outpatient services which include Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Individual Rehabilitation, Group Rehabilitation, Case Management Services, and Medication Management Services.

The Community Integration program at Grand Lake Mental Health Center provides services allowing for consumers to optimize their personal, social and vocational competency in order to live successfully in the community. To help persons with serious psychiatric disabilities function with success and satisfaction in their environments or their choice with the least amount of professional intervention possible;.
A combination of services provided to individuals through-out the lifespan, designed to optimize their ability to live and be successful in community, home and work environments. Wraparound and Transition Services offered through a Community System of Care for Youth and Adolescent and Seniors.
Telemedicine is a type of medication management where the doctor provides medication services in one location while the consumer is in a different location.Telemedicine is provided with the use of video conference equipment. The use of the video conference equipment makes it a face to face meeting, despite the fact that the two individuals might be 30 miles or more apart.

This place is horrible. They document untrue statements to benefit themselves. They blatantly ignore court orders (guardianship). There are multiple facilities that work under this 'umbrella' & they don't communicate with each other to follow a continuum of care. Each facility starts a new plan of care, totally disregarding the previous plan, even if the previous plan works.
