My Troy-Bilt lawn tractor was having problems so I took the unit here as they were the local warranty servicer. The one way trip of 38 miles was well worth it.
All of the employees were friendly and helpful, both over the phone and in person. When we brought the unit in, we were greeted by the service manager and directed to the main service bay. The bay supervisor came out and looked over the unit. Diagnosis of the problem took only 30 seconds and turned out to be a severely compromised air filter. We left the unit to await the replacement part and asked for an oil change and the installation
