PureView Health Center has a long history of providing comprehensive healthcare to Helena and Lincoln area patients. Founded on the principles that everyone deserves high-quality healthcare services in 1994, PureView, formerly known as the Cooperative Health Center (CHC), delivers on that promise to over 8,000 people each year and continues to grow our list of services and primary care providers.
Since we first opened our doors, we have taken pride in providing a full scope of services designed to meet all your healthcare needs. PureView has been providing healthcare including medical, dental and behavioral health for over two decades. This institution began when a committee formed as a result of the 1993 elimination of General Assistance and State Medical Assistance passed by the Montana Legislature.

Services
We have doctors, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses who focus on helping you manage your chronic disorders such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and depression. Our clinics are federally funded Community Health Centers. We operate three clinics: PureView Health Center, Parker Medical Center, and Healthcare for the Homeless.
The Dental Clinic is a service of PureView Health Center. Routine dental procedures are scheduled from 7:00AM - 5:00PM Monday through Thursday and 7:00AM - Noon on Friday. The Dental Clinic does not offer crowns, bridges, dentures or implants. PureView Health Center's Dental Clinic doors open at 7:00AM Monday - Friday for walk-in patients.
If you need help, we are here for you. PureView Health Center provides an array of services regardless of age, background or health condition. We encourage and support our patients to take an active role in managing their health. We believe that integrated behavioral health is an important part of overall good health.
If you are looking for a convenient and cost-friendly way to refill your prescriptions, then look no further than PureView Health Center's Pharmacy. Our pharmacy is open to everyone and accepts all forms of insurance-you do not need to be a PureView patient to experience our superior customer service.
Diabetes is a complex and personal disease. Our healthcare providers and support staff help patients develop goals and provide tools to meet those goals in order to successfully manage their diabetes. Our Medication Assistance Program (MAP) provides name brand prescriptions at no cost to our patients who do not have prescription drug coverage and are financially eligible.
