When your dishwasher isn't working correctly or at all, the first step to getting it fixed is some over-the-phone diagnosis. In some cases, we can help you identify issues that can be resolved without having a repair technician sent to your home. If it is determined that a technician does need to check out the dishwasher, then we will schedule a service call with you.

They came out In December 2020 via Lowe’s warranty. Did not receive the part until January to install. Part has not been installed properly. I called and left a message to have them come back out to look at it. They left a message 2/2/2021 to schedule. I called them back twice and left a message. Never heard from them. I phone today, 3/8/2021 and Topnotch (younger woman) extremely rude - Said ticket is closed out, I need to call Lowe’s to schedule an appointment for a part they installed to “fix” my washer. She yelled at me and hung up on me. Wow. Clearly this woman needs a class in customer

Serviceman from Top Notch Appliance arrives and in about 40 minutes has my old dishwasher up and running with no parts needed. Previously had another company arrive who wanted $835 for the "repair." The repair turned out to be a plastic wrapper around the drain pump. I love honest, pleasant, friendly thorough repair people. This is a family-owned business that believes in quality, safety, good value. They were spot-on punctual and polite. Top Notch indeed!

I had a great experience with Top Notch. I called them regarding my fridge that was not cooling, originally they told me they couldn’t make it out for 2-3 days but then They called back and were able to fit me in the next morning! Unfortunately, I didn’t not end up needing their services but the technician was very understanding. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Just an overall great experience. Thankfully the dishwasher issue was fairly minor but while here he gave a lot of advice on the dishwasher, drain, microwave, stove and dishwasher which will likely save us a lot of money over the years. They will be the first we call on any service needs in the future.

John from top-notch came out and did a wonderful job. We had other appliance companies give us the runaround and blow us off. Tom not showed up when they said called ahead of time and worked around our schedule. Prices were fair and they worked with our home warranty company. I highly recommend. Thank you top-notch
