We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with plumbing, electrical, painting and overall carpentry skills. Maintenance experience required, reliable transportation (van or truck preferred). Perform light electrical repairs on items such as appliances, fixtures, outlets, switches, circuits, and other associated work; (any certifications a plus).
