I started with CBDx as an intern in the summer of 2020 and since have joined the team as a full-time marketing coordinator. I've been with CBDx for a total of a year and a half and it truly has been the best experience I've ever had with an employer. The atmosphere is close knit, supportive and collaborative. I had a very uncomfortable and somewhat unprofessional job interview with this "firm." I was told in my interview that if I worked with them, I would have to cease doing any freelance work (which is not completely unheard of), but then they said I would have to GIVE them my clients? There was no mention of compensation for said clients, and I expressed that this was an important part of my income and I would have to think about it. I worked with CBD-X to rebrand my company and create a new website. The team worked with me to create a brand that shows what distinguishes my financial planning firm from the competition. I chose CBD-x for a new Website at the end of last year and I’m glad I did. They are fabulous! They quickly created a beautiful new site for me. So, I found Communicate By Design (CBD) after having a couple of not-so-great, to disastrous encounters in our search for a go-to graphic designer. Turns out, they were a much better fit for our company than simply just for graphic design!
