Very helpful office staff. Akiko was very polite and they are one of the best prices in town! Not a ton of security cameras (I hope they are adding more as they are doing construction) but they do have a few!

Emailed just to get a quote and they were friendly and responsive. They couldn't meet my needs but were extremely polite and professional about it.

I really like this storage facility. They have lower than average pricing. The staff is great and usually can help you with scenario or storage solution you need. The units are clean and upkeep is amazing on the lot.

We store our trailer here and have no issues. The pricing is the best around. The staff is friendly and provide payment email reminders and easy online payments through paypal(which is great for me).
The grounds are compact gravel which is great for the summer heat. No hot asphalt cooking the bottom of the trailer. We entered shortly after a rain event and did not find a muddy mess. The grounds are clear and clean.
There is only one row of covered spaces. The cover is high and very substantial. I do not worry about any high wind damage potential.
There are no rotted out RV units lying about

This company says their property is secured? That's a joke my $150k truck was broken into. They have no camera surveillance along the whole entire street where anyone who wants can jump the fence and break into hundreds of RVs and other vehicle that are important to someone. But clearly not the owners. The owner himself told me he is not changing anything and told me to go somewhere more secured?? Then tried to kick me out, give me my months paid back in advance. Thats how you treat someone that has been here for 5 years. They are aware of previous break ins in the area and do nothing about it

Do not use this business. The staff are rude and defensive especially the owner's girlfriend. Shady business practices!
They were fully booked for covered RV storage (summer months) so they have a waiting list. We were told that we were 14 on the list, 1 month later I stop by to see if any progress and was told now that I am 23/24 on the list. I questioned how this could occur (considering the girl that put me on the list was standing by the owner's girlfriend)and was told that they go by date. They were very defensive when asked to explain how this could occur and gave no explanation why. We

I have been storing my campers at Firebird RV for several years. I've never had any issues at this storage site. The little contact I've had with the staff has always been friendly and cordial.
