Karen helped guide us through our home buying process. She was warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient as multiple delays kept us in escrow longer than we'd expected (and then longer, and then longer). Throughout it all, Karen stayed positive, encouraged us to hold on, and we never felt pressure from her to take a less-than-satisfactory offer in order to expedite the process. While the entire process of buying a house was stressful, Karen was great throughout and now that we are finally in the house that we love, it was all completely worth it!
