I wish I could say I've had the experience of the other reviews. I've made numerous calls to Superior Septic to schedule having my septic system pumped. Every time I call I have to leave a message. It doesn't matter if I call during business hours or not. I've received one call back and that was when I told them of the many calls I made. I scheduled an appointment for them to show up. Unfortunately something came up and I needed to reschedule. I called them and had to leave another message. Since I've had poor response from them by leaving messages, I decided to contact them via their messaging
