There are many different types of chiropractic adjustments. NUCCA and Atlas Orthogonal are two methods of what is known as "Upper Cervical Chiropractic" care.

Not sure about taking a chance on yet another treatment option? DO IT because this could be your last and best decision. I have struggled with "tension headaches" for years and years. A neurologist diagnosed me with Occipital Neuralgia but could only offer temporary injections for pain management. I tried acupuncture, massage therapy, oils, ice, heat, physical therapy, infrared saunas, all kinds of pillows, at least 3 traditional chiropractors and who even knows what else. I first heard of atlas orthogonal while doing my chakra work. My throat chakra seemed forever blocked so i thought fixing my physical body would subsequently fix my auric field. Started having frequent headaches, a year ago... After several months things got worse when I started having dizzy spells (vertigo) as well, randomly. Then my ears started ringing. Went to chiropractors ( they helped a little, not for long), eyes were checked. ENT said nothing is wrong with your ears, no allergies(just anxiety)! I came to Dr. Collett with debilitating migraines, dizziness, vertigo, nausea, shoulder and neck pain, weakness/numbness/tingling. I also have loss of cervical lordosis. I have had BPPV(positional vertigo) and Vestibular Neuritis off and on for over 10years. This is a very debilitating illness and not normal for someone my age. I have spend thousands of dollars trying to see “the best” doctors around town to come up with a cure only to be told there is no cure and that I should be on antidepressants...hmm?! I've been to a dozen other doctors/chiros/PT places for my neck and never had any real relief. Dr Collett has helped my neck so much -- I don't battle headaches or shoulder pain/tension anymore -- and the relief started within 2 weeks of initiating his treatment plan.
