At just 24 years old, Mr. Lunsford started DF Lunsford Construction as a Class C Contractor in 1998 while employed by TMP.

We work as a small, cohesive team to bring you the best quality construction for your project. Mr. Lunsford served on the Historic Petersburg Foundation and remodeled their offices during his time on the board. He was selected as the Craftsman/Artisan of the year in 2017 by the Historic Petersburg Foundation for his work renovating historic properties throughout the city.
It has been completely renovated, creating two luxury apartments, with original exposed brick, great natural lighting, plenty of storage, all new appliances, laundry in each unit, and a huge open loft space in both. Both units have been rented out since they became available, before even placing them on the market.
