When key parts of the Affordable Health Care law take effect in 2014, there'll be a new way to get health insurance - the Health Insurance Marketplace. The Marketplace is designed to help you find health insurance to fit your budget. Every health insurance option in the new Marketplace will offer comprehensive coverage, from doctors to medications to hospital visits.

Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people who are 65 or older, certain younger people with disabilities, and people with End-Stage Renal Disease (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or a transplant, sometimes called ESRD). Part A covers inpatient hospital stays, care in a skilled nursing facility, hospice care, and some home health care.
