Mouldings are not limited to use around doors and windows. They can also transform ordinary ceilings into unique and special features for your rooms. Crown Moulding Drops (corner of the room in photo at right) eliminate miter cuts. However, Crown Mouldings are more typically installed with miter cuts.

I originally liked my gable decorations. But after 14 years they are slowly falling apart. Pieces have been falling down! I called to complain but was told that is what I should expect from something so old!!… My antique gable artifacts have held up for over 100 years! Unless you are looking for something that only lasts a few years, I would pass!!

So I thought I was getting lucky at finding Vintage Woodworks but now I know I was wrong and will never shop here again! I already had most of the bead board I needed after getting them from an Architectural salvage place in Pulina. I could have got the rest of them there, but didn't want to drive that far again. So I started looking online and… found "Vintage" Woodworks. Now I know that the bead boards I would get from them wouldn't be identicle to the one I already had but going by their website photo examples, see photos, they looked like they would be close enough plus I could get them

I had two very positive experiences with Vintage Woodworks for porch columns, railings, and balusters for two different projects. Just keep in mind that "good things take time" and to be patient as many of these are produced to order. The quality of the woodwork was excellent, looks fantastic, and I'm confident it will last a long time. My only advice/recommendation would be more frequent status updates - perhaps a weekly estimate of shipping date - to help plan ahead on projects.
