Payless did a fabulous job. The job was completed in two days despite adverse weather condition. We made some cosmetic changes which Rick Golobo (owner) quickly implicated. Rick was on site for the entire job.
The job was exceptionally well done, professional, and reasonably priced. We would highly recommending Payless Paving & Construction for any of your asphalt projects.

Worked with me on tearing out my old driveway on a Friday so I would have time over the weekend to build a retaining wall and not have to do it with a brand new driveway. Also helped me deal with the building inspector on get the easement by the city passed. They also did great work and were very clean and organized. Even cleaned up the road after they were done of where all their equipment was and put down rubber mats to not damage it. I have already recommended to multiple people in my neighborhood.

Rick and his team just completed a tearout, haul-away and install of our 48 year old asphalt driveway. His company and workers exceeded all our expectations. Very happy with the quality of work, price, and timely communication throughtout the project. Working directly with the owner, instead of a sales agent, is also a plus. Hire Rick and pay less! You'll be glad you did!

Rick and his crew did an excellent job. I left a message for Rick on his site. He returned my email the next day. He asked me what i was looking to do to my drive way.. and then gave me three options. I agreed that his price was a fair and honest price for a fair and honest days work. My driveway was 32 years old and needed complete replacement. I now have a spectacular driveway.. please see photos.
