Dean was great. She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She was great at communicating to me during the whole time she was fixing the laptop. It's an old laptop, and she ran lots of diagnostics to see what was the most economical way for her to repair the laptop. She fixed the problem and the laptop has been working fine since I got it back. What was really nice is that she took the time to talk to me about if it made sense to replace the laptop ( she fixed it instead) and gave suggestions on how to keep the laptop in good working condition.
