6 Months ago, I had the pleasure of working with Gil Duran at Stonehaven and had a very good experience. Gil was always on top of my refi and was very responsive in a timely manner to all of my questions. The process from timing perspective to submitting my file to answering all the questions that the underwriter had was minimal in comparison to my previous experiences. I must contribute this to Gil and his team for having great communication amongst each other and the years of experience in order to be proactive not reactive to the questions that the underwriter had. I was told by my financial broker who recommended Kyle Ernst /Eric Ernst of Stonehaven for refinance and I couldn’t of had a better experience.
