This place would be great if they got their act together. It is located about 5 minutes from my house, yet I have to drive to another business location to run my errands. Today, I called and inquired about their notary services. I asked if there was a specific time that I should be there and the cost. The lady who answered the phone said that they'll be there until closing time, which is 6 pm. I showed up at about 3:30 pm, and the same lady who answered the phone said that her husband had just left and that he was the one who notarizes documents. She did not offer a solution or any additional help

Worst service ever the "Store Owner" just sat on his behind and did not even get up to acknowledge me when i walked in the store.. i was looking for something in particular but since the service was so UNWELCOMING i decided to take my business elsewhere.... Just a heads up for the store owner if you want to keep your store up and going then i think you should do the same and get up and help out your customers when they walk in the store. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to keeping a business going... isnt? family owned or not.

Stay away from this place and head up the road to postal annex! I just took 8 standard size envelopes to all be mailed locally and the gentleman helping me stated it would be $4.72 (per envelope) for a total of $37.76! When I questioned this crazy price he stated it was because the envelope wasn't perfectly flat (the cards had a very small heart design on it that in no way changed the weight or shape of the envelope). I left refusing to believe this is true and my husband and I immediately took them to postal annex on Zaragoza and edgemere where he went in and was charged $5.00 total to mail

This is one of the friendliest place to go. I have been going there for over 3 years now. They go ABOVE and BEYOND EVERY TIME!! As to the fellow who shipped the cymbals, all I have to say is when you keep saying "I do not care what it costs it has to go out today and can not be damaged" then later post bad feedback about the price, well that makes YOU look uneducated as does your spelling and grammar in your post! As to the store not being tidy a few days before Christmas GET REAL Do you have any idea the rush a store like that gets that time of year? MY advice to you is stay home the last few

Worst customer service ever, was there two weeks ago & Cant pin point what it was, rudeness or racism, with the main guy there when he had a mexican lady working for him. Just didnt get it. Never again will i take my business there. As far as reasonable prices for notrized letters, best take your business at Lozano Mobile Notary.

Okay so I would like to start by saying that I appreciate small businesses and they have a large value in the community. With that being said, this is a very poorly run store. Upon walking in, it's completely in disarray. There's just random stuff all over the place.

Amazing people, very friendly and are willing to help as much as they can. My husband was stationed in Iraq and I shipped very frequently to him and he would receive within 2 weeks! I came here because the google reviews were all 5 stars and BBB has them rated A+, I am very picky and do my research! I was refered by some friends of my husband who still rave about postage depot. I say put one on BASE!!!

I tried sending a package international with Postage Depot about a month ago, and the overall experience was poor. First of all, the package took over a month to be delivered. I have sent packages internationally before with a different company, and the most I've ever waited for a package to be delivered was 2 weeks. Second, the tracking number I got from them was the WRONG TRACKING NUMBER. They told me that when they took my package to the post office, they actually had to fill out a different form, and received a different tracking number.
