Very professional, responsive, knows what he is doing. Polite and has a good sense of humor, which is needed when you are going througha a lengthy custody battle. Punctual and files all paperwork on time. Would only ask that you mass email clients when you are going away on vacation. Just a heads up for us stressed out folks. Othereise, would 100% recommend.

I greatly appreciate working with Attorney Cuddy throughout my long and contentious child custody and divorce process. I contacted Attorney Cuddy during the pandemic asking him to represent me in my divorce. He was honest and upfront and told me it will take a minute being courts are closed due to the pandemic but he will get it done. He always kept me informed on how it was proceeding. I came into the office of James A. Cuddy with my elderly father and my few weeks old infant with the intention of hiring a family court attorney and at one point I mentioned that I personally felt a lot of different types of attorneys, especially divorce attorneys were ethically bankrupt.
