I saw this doctor 6 months ago, I do agree he is an awesome doctor, but I have been waiting over 6 months in pain because their office/ billing staff cannot seem to get things straightened out. I do not know if the doctor has any idea this is going on. I have called several times, my insurance has called several times and still nothing.

My boyfriend had horrible ingrowns on BOTH of his big toes for two years and of course they got worse with time, his family and I finally convinced him to go get them taken out. Mind you it was a Saturday evening and Dr.Jones was willing to meet us at the office to take them out. It literally took him about 20mins to do both. It was fast and he was very professional! Definitely recommend this place. 10/10!

I tried getting in at Amarillo Foot Specialist before Amarillo Podiatry. AFS was a better looking office, lots of bells and whistles and had many nice looking nurses- I tried making an online appointment request and was never called back so about a 1- 2 weeks later I Called them back to try to make another one appointment. The receptionist or woman answering the phones said yes in fact they did receive my request and that I was called that same day! Which never happened. I had no missed called and no voicemail left but I didn’t argue it. I asked when the soonest I could be seen it was 2-3weeks

I called numerous times attempting to set up an appointment and every time I called they would say it was the answering service and they couldn't set up my appointment . Their excuse was "the line is busy'. I called approximately for an hour back to back. I ended up setting up my appointment somewhere else

I had a hammer toe that was crossing over onto another toe and Dr Jones recommended against surgery and I was given a toe pad to keep large toe from rubbing against 2nd toe. Worked for a short while but I kept on having considerable pain. Went to another podiatrist and had surgery done and now no problem. Sometimes you need a second opinion.
