Kathy responded quickly to our need to stage our vacant property that had been on the market for 90 days. Many showings had not resulted in a serious offer over the 90 days. The next day after staging with Kathy we had 3 competitive offers and we sold at a higher price that completely covered our cost of staging! The staging sold the house quicker and at a higher price. Our experience could only have been better if we had staged on Day 1. Thanks so much, Kathy!

Where do i start? My condo in midtown was sitting on the market for roughly 2 months and then we decided we needed to stage it. We immediately contacted Kathy and it sold in 2 weeks. She was very professional, on-time, and easy to work with. I'm definitely working with her again in the future when i list my house.

Kathy is my "go-to" stager - we make a great team--she is very diplomatic but helps my sellers understand what they need to do to appeal to the maximum percentage of home buyers!
Beautiful work, extremely professional, great communication skills--and the houses she stages sell--in days! And even in this brisk market, many of them would still be sitting on the market without her great staging!

Kathy Nielsen of Georgia Interior Solutions is an all-around outstanding home stager in Atlanta. You will find her very professional and knowledgeable about what needs to be done to get a home sold. She is patient and kind, but also is very effective and efficient. Kathy was one of the first professional home stagers in the Atlanta area and she is still one of the best. She really excels when staging vacant homes and houses for real estate investors.
