The company is family owned and was established in 1908 by Frank Anspach. The business was founded on the corner of 79th and Stark, in Motavilla. Anspach Plumbing and hardware was a fixture in the area until 1968 when the hardware portion of the business was closed. The business was passed on to Franks son-in-law in 1969, and then on to Franks grandson in 1979.

Mark Law did the plumbing part of my sewer replacement and plumbed/replaced a double utility sink. Fast, efficient and answered all of my questions as I watched. He was gentle connecting to my existing plumbing so as not to cause any additional work/expense, a relief in this old house. A straight shooter, no upsell, he even told me I did not really need to do something another plumber had! I will definitely call Mark if I have any plumbing issues.
