Our office was designed to maximize patient comfort, clinical space and operational efficiency. The space was designed by Dr. Shah and Paul Meyer Architects to utilize a 'pod' model for medical care. In this setting the physician works in the same area as the clinical support staff.

My wife went to the Buffalo location for surgery. Was never told the exact location of their office door to check in. Also was told to be there at 7:15 am. The Dr. Does not even come in till 8am. The clinic is in the basement and is cold and only has basically one step above a folding chair in the waiting room. Dusty vents and fairly gross. Like Clarus but stay away from this location. Not good.

Great experience, everyone was cheerful, caring and professional. My comfort was their priority and I can tell you I did not feet the needle at all and they made sure I knew what I needed to do within the next couple of days. Much better experience than I had at other Dermatology clinics. Would highly recommend Clarus.

After many years of sun abuse, I have had to deal with a number of skin cancers. Thank goodness I discovered Clarus Dermatology! Very kind and caring staff. Heather Guertin PA did a fabulous job of listening and answering all of my questions.
Edit: I am taking two stars off due to poor communication from the office on lab testing results. I have had to call three times over three days, and still no one will give me my results or call me back. When it comes to cancer, patients want to know ASAP what the results are. Why is there such a delay and failure to respond to patients?!
