We are dedicated to providing our customers with efficient, timely roll-off and front load waste collection and removal service for many types of business and construction projects. Mark Dunning Industries, INC (MDI) was founded in 1980 by J. Mark Dunning with the intention of being a full service provider to the U. S. Government, including services ranging from Food Service to Roads and Grounds Maintenance to Refuse and Recycling Collection.
We are focused on Integrated Solid Waste Management through Resource Management, with the goal of helping our customers grow their business profitably while achieving affordable sustainability. His "What it Takes" outlook on business has thrived on dedication to customer service and complete customer satisfaction. Over the years, he has established MDI as a top tier player in the Solid Waste Industry.
My onsite superintendent, who has been in the business for over 30 years, just told me that you are the best dumpster company he has ever worked with! I don't think that these guys get the credit and attention they deserve! The crew that run the trucks around these neighborhoods are some of the nicest and hardest workers on post.

This company provides trash for housing on Eglin. Worst trash company I have ever seen in my life. Horribly rude and unprofessional trash men. They leave containers strung out through the streets and driveways. Always in the way. Trash left everywhere and in the roads. They won’t pick anything up that falls. Pretty much everyone in housing hates this company. Around 150 families have expressed how dissatisfied we are. They give us the tiniest trash cans and won’t take any extra bags that can’t sit perfectly on top of the can. If they fall off they won’t pick it up or take it. If you wave

This by far the worst company to use for service and work for the hold employees pay check everybody drops the ball and blame each other they hold your pay check for hostage like you owe them. O worked there one week developed covid and couldn't return for 14 days it was time for payday and never got paid but expect for you to return I would of… return but how when I never received pay they never turned in my paperwork to be paid now they are trying to avoid me. Tonya the payroll lady will not do the paperwork til next pay which will make it 5 to 6 week without 1 weeks worth of pay THESE

Billed me for two months dumpster service and never even once emptied it. Drivers said my gate was locked. (Lie) gate hasn’t been closed in over 10 years!! Said tree was in the way. (Lie). Last dumpster service as well as current has no problems. Amber in MDI office promised a refund. (Lie #3) Trashed my entire parking lot when they finally picked up their dumpster! Very unprofessional and unethical!! Would not recommend to anyone at any price.

Our trash can was filled with water today so as I ran outside to grab it the worker noticed I was struggling and ran over to assist me. After a couple minutes he was finally able to get it tipped over to drain and took the trash. He did it all with a smile. Thank you! The small things really go a long way! We are in the dale county Level Plains area.

My trash can is still currently sitting at the road as my trash was not picked up Tuesday. I have called and left two messages and have not been contacted yet in regards to this issue. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review but this is the fourth time that this has happened in roughly a years time. The first two times I had to wait until the next week for them to come on the regular day!
