Corrosion in a fire sprinkler system is an innate risk that needs to be investigated annually. Sprinkler system piping is susceptible to natural forms of corrosion as it is comprised of unprotected metal interacting with oxygen and water or moisture. If corrosion goes untreated, it can erode the lining of steel pipe, causing pipes to crack and leaks to develop.

first before they come to check it, they want you to commit to pay them. and then they can tell you whatever they want.

He didnt even met me or anything, he entered to our building did his inspection called me from the car said thats the price if you want im downstairs, and i have to ask the owner of the building first to get approval.
when i got the approval about 30 min after , i called back and so rudley!! he said to me, "get someone else to do your inspection, i was already
