Nice people but they don’t communicate very well on order status. Ordered compression stockings was told they would be in on probably Monday. Called Tuesday and was informed they had to place a 500 dollar order before they could get them. Would have been nice if they had told me that in the beginning I could have looked elsewhere.

My family needed a special chair for my dad. My brother brought my parents to Mother Goose and they were able to find the perfect chair for my dad right there at the shop. I guess my dad didn't want to get out of it while at the store... My family purchased and brought the chair home that same day! My dad told my mom that when he sat in that chair all his pain went away... Thank you Mother Goose for having what families need when they need it. You have a beautiful large store full of everything needed to take care of older loved ones. Thank you for all you do.

Mpther Goose Medical is fantastic! I fractured my foot in two places and they worked with me to get just the right assistive device so I could have some mobility. Nicole answered all my questions on the phone and worked with my husband in person to be sure I had all I need. Amazing customer service from this company.

Recently, I needed help getting a knee scooter. I had read great reviews of Mother Goose. I stopped in and Marie is the best! She took time to listen, suggest, show me and tell me about the selections, options and rental or purchase price. Marie made my visit a very positive one! I had to return to get some more equipment. Each time she showed me how to adjust and use the equipment properly. She took time after work to go to the warehouse to take pictures and send them to me!

The mother goose staff was so helpful, patient and kind throughout the last few months of doing business with them. From making the order to having it delivered, the experience was always pleasant. Met with Marie and Nicole from Mother Goose this week hoping to find a new lightweight walker for my Mom to use. They took their time going over each option and gave us a complete demonstration of each walker and lett my Mom try each of them out.
