Starting out in 1990 at the tender age of 20 working for my father at King Cole Laundromats, Inc., I am now Factory Trained from all the major appliance manufacturers including Samsung, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, LG, Dacor, Frigidaire, Electrolux and more.

Services
The Trip Charge/Diagnosis fee is $75.00 plus tax locally- within 10 miles- and $85.00 plus tax outside of 10 miles. This includes the trip to your home and the diagnosis of the problem. Once the diagnosis has been completed you will be given an exact cost of the repair based on the "Original Blue Book Major Appliance Job Rate Guide".
According to the National Fire Protection Association, there are close to 15,000 dryer fires every year in the United States. Many of these fires can be avoided by routinely cleaning the lint out of your dryer vent and the dryer itself. In addition to being a fire hazard, restricted dryer vents also cause increased run times so you have to run an additional cycle, higher utility bills and shortens the life of the dryer.
We also offer Laundry Room Management. We will bring in, install and maintain brand new state of the art Speed Queen Washers and Dryers. Increased Resident Satisfaction- A laundry room with well-maintained, energy-efficient equipment is more than an amenity, it is a necessity. Staff and Maintenance can focus on other tasks at hand and not worry about the Laundry Room.
We get calls with various complaints of Dishwasher clean-ability such as cloudy glassware, spots and general poor cleaning. Most of these problems can be solved by using a high quality detergent and the use of Rinse Aid is CRITICAL. Another good practice is to run the hot water at your sink before you start the Dishwasher.
Most parts are ordered through either V&V Appliance Parts in Utica or Marcone in Albany ensuring that in-stock parts usually arrive the next day.
