We are a neighborhood florist offering full service and delivery on flowers, balloons, gifts, candy and gourmet baskets. Thank you Plattsburg Floral for making my mom's birthday so special with the beautiful flower arrangement! She absolutely loved it! This florist takes online orders and it worked out for us.
We searched for two days to find a florist that could deliver on our desired date and finally found this one. They did a great job delivering on time. I had a great experience with Plattsburg Floral. The Mrs. was having a trying week and need a little impromptu pick up. I placed the order and a couple of hours later it was delivered and awaiting my wife when she got home, much to her delight!

Beautiful arrangement and wonderful customer service! They weren’t able to deliver the day of as they had run out of some of the particular flowers needed for the arrangement I chose, so they promised to add a few more flowers to the arrangement and deliver the next day which they made good on and they looked amazing!

The only reason I’m giving a one star rating is because the arrangement is beautiful. The owner was incredibly rude and unapologetic for an error HIS employee made. I just lost my mother and you’d think he could show some compassion. I hope to never receive anything from this rude and extremely unprofessional florist ever again.

My mom really loves getting flowers and I love sending them from Plattsburg Floral. I know they will deliver a beautiful arrangement that will make her smile. My son ordered flowers from here to thank me for helping him out. The delivery person just sat the flowers on the porch, rang the bell and then drove off. When I opened the door to pick up my flowers one of the stems of the flowers had been broken (not sure if it was snap dragons, but something close. It just wasn't a small single flower) and they looked somewhat wilted. I was really disappointed in the quality, so I called and left a message and no one has ever returned my call. Not good practice if you want to keep a business. I am not sure if my son or his wife just called FTD or called
