As a Clinical Psychologist, my aim is to support and help you make the changes you would like to make in your life, whether this be through cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), supportive counselling and/or coaching. For over twelve years, I worked in the British National Health Services' major teaching hospitals and clinics across central London.
There I supported people from all walks of life with depression, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders and pain management, using a cognitive behavioural approach. In 2012, I moved back to Switzerland (Zug), where I had the pleasure to work with children on an individual basis, as well as in groups, conducting various workshops on anti-bullying and empathy within international middle school settings.

Services
The form of therapy we choose together, will depend upon your needs. Following an assessment, which takes anywhere from 1-3 sessions, we'll define the best way forward. All consultations can take place either in person or virtually. CBT is a short term, collaborative, goal directed, evidence based therapy.
Consultations are by appointment only and take place online or in-person; in my or your office, whatever is more convenient for you. For office visits, the costs of my travel time to and from your office would be in addition to my consultation fees. Please contact your insurance company to find out about their policies, and whether or not they would reimburse the consultation fees.
