Trinity of Slidell operates as a 110 bed center of excellence to care for and treat patients with multiple medical rehabilitation and skilled nursing needs.
In addition to rehabilitation, an equally important focus for Trinity is providing skilled nursing care services for an adult and geriatric population with emphasis on care for the medically compromised patients, as well as those with less severe medical conditions. Whether head injury or spinal cord injury, your injury may not be permanent. At Trinity we give hope to adults requiring neurologic rehabilitation. Trinity offers an interdisciplinary team approach to patients with moderate to severe brain injuries and neurological deficits.
The interdisciplinary team consists of occupational therapy, physical therapy, respiratory therapy, social workers, physicians, registered dieticians, and nurses specializing in neurological care.The team thoroughly evaluates the patients from assessment to full recovery. The team is committed to providing quality care to assist the patient in reaching their maximum level of functioning and quality of life.
