Our location in Gates is conveniently located just off I-390 with easy access and plentiful parking. Easy to get to from Greece, Spencerport, Chili and Henrietta. Dr. Crawford earned his doctorate from New York Chiropractic College and graduated with his Masters of Science from Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine both in Seneca Falls, NY. Dr. Crawford has spent nearly a decade as a healthcare professional starting out as an EMT while at his undergrad Hobart College in Geneva, NY.
Your out of pocket expense for chiropractic care will be dictated by your insurance plan if you have one. It is usually the cost of your specialist copayment - frequently $15 to $40. Without insurance, your cost is usually $100 for an initial consultation, examination and treatment. Additional visits, if needed, are about $65.
We are in the Lyell-Howard Commons Plaza in Gates - about 1/2 mile west of the I-390 Lyell Avenue exit. We are across the street from Lyell Avenue Wegmans, in the plaza behind Verizon and Sun Tan City. I came to Dr. Crawford with excruciating back and sciatic pain caused by two herniated discs, I had lost most feeling below my left knee, and I was going to need a partial laminectomy and discotemy if I did not improve. Over the course of four months he provided acupuncture and chiro care weekly and then moving to biweekly. He is an incredibly intuitive and compassionate healer. I am now almost completely pain free (which was better than I was realistically hoping for) and I have most of the feeling back in my leg/foot. I’m happier and healthier for sure! Let me begin by saying that I have never been to a chiropractor before so the idea was terrifying to me but my back had been in so much pain for the past 2 years from an accident that caused a hairline fracture. On top of my scoliosis, I would stay up for hours pacing, trying to make the pain stop so I could sleep. I was referred to Dr. Crawford by a friend for chiropractic care for my lower back. As a heavy duty mechanic my back & body take a toll from the daily demands. Dr. Crawford is phenomenal. He is knowledgeable and adept at his work, with a positive energy you can feel immediately upon entering. He has flexible, accommodating hours and was able to get me in the very same day I called for my first visit. I left with dramatically less pain and increased range of motion. Dr Crawford is a great chiropractor! My back and neck feel so much better after each visit. He takes his time to loosen the muscles through electric muscle stimulation then goes on to manually stretch the bothersome muscles prior to adjusting, which makes the adjustment go smoothly. I’ve been to other chiropractors in this area and they don’t compare. He also does acupuncture and is certified in other techniques to choose from. He is wonderful! Go see him, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Crawford takes the time to properly assess what the patient needs. I have been to countless Chiropractors that use the same familiar techniques and adjustments. With Dr. Crawford he asks question and caters his techniques to each client. From adjustments to Acupuncture and deep tissue he takes a holistic approach to each client.
