J's Ultimate Hand Car Wash

2 year member and have watched the quality decline while the prices go up. The ability to get a hand car wash without the brutal tiller style abrasive car wash options are lacking in the Boise area.
The hand wash simply is a quick gloss o er he wi does and a few body panels, leaving many potions of the car dirty not to mention the rags they use are also dirty Kevin f streaks and clear coat scratches.

Until quality goes up, I have cancelled my membership. The point is to have e a clean car without all the dirty panels leftover or scratches.

I used to love this car wash. However, when I visited this week, their prices had doubled! I figured I'd give it a try and hope the service would match the price. I'm disappointed sm to say it didn't.

The employees spent quite a bit of time on my car, and I'm very happy with the vacuum job. That said, there were tar deposits all over the side panels, no one even tried to wipe the spotty wax off the windshield, and the mirrors and inside of the windshield are now covered in a streaky, oily film. I won't go back.

Well for what you pay for a car wash here, you would expect top notch cleans. That is not the case. I've paid 1/3rd of the price for better car washes. They left bugs all over my car. Interior looked rush through as there was still dirt in the floors and seats. Unfortunately, this is the only full service (interior and exterior) car was that I am aware of in town. Probably how they get away with charging $35 for a wash. Will be paying a little more next time to have a mobile wash company come to my house.

My car was dirty, not muddy and needed to be cleaned inside and out. Found this business and drover there today. There was some sticker shock $30 minimum to clean the car inside and out. Decided to try it out and was pleasantly surprised. I have a bulldog and she goes in the back seat. Of course, there is dog hair and I was not expecting the detailer to get it out. Only because, it takes a long time and I get it. It took a while to get my car back, but the detailer did a great a job and I wish I would have gotten her name. Also, wished I had more cash to give her for a tip, but I will come back

I've been a fan of J's for years. It's one of the few places you can go through with a rocket box on top. I always thought the price was good and the service was great. Today what stood out was the new pressure to become an "Unlimited" customer from the point of selecting the service and paying at the beginning to the end point where the interior clean is done. "Ultimates" get special check-in lanes and are prioritized over other customers at the beginning. They are directed to fast lanes for the interior clean while all other cars go to crowded lanes, even

After a huge windstorm, almost everyone's car in the treasure valley had dirt splattered all over them. Afraid that going through a traditional car wash would scratch the paint - we opted for a hand wash at J's. You go like a normal car wash tunnel but inside are a couple of people who wash you car by hand. Although, it is not a 100% hand wash- there is a section of the car wash that is mechanical. We got the J's premium exterior car wash, so we didn't get any vacuuming or interior cleaning done.

They care about their work and do a very good job! I visited last week with my SUV and which had not been washed in months due to Covid. I was very surprised at how safe / efficient and professional they were in making sure the vehicle was cleaned as promised. They are the top of my list now for car washes in the dntn area of Boise. Go give them a try! The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating is that I am super picky about car cleaning and don't think any car wash set up would score a 5 from me. Pretty disappointing. Bought the Ultimate package for $35 and even tipped the workers $5 assuming the appropriate work had been donehe headlights still had bug guts on them, car had water spots, and the workers didn't even touch the hood. That was just the exterior. The interior looked like someone had hastily wiped the the doors and dash and washed the rubber mats. Nothing else had been touched. There were dust and dirt smudges still all over the vehicle in different spots. If someone is paying for the highest package you offer, shouldn't you at least do what you advertise? Nothing was

I do not recommend this place. The outside of my car looked great, hence the three stars, but the inside of my car was still rather dirty. It was vacuumed but my dashboard was still dusty, my doors and center console needed a wipe down, and the insides of my windows were still very dirty. I ended up buying wipes to clean it myself which was a huge shame after paying $25 for what they call a "Premium" inside and out wash.

I paid for the ultimate car wash (priciest on the menu) which is to include a vacuum, dust dash and center console and a mat clean. They sprayed my mats off but didn't actually clean them so they are still dirty. They failed to clean/dust the center console area and also failed to vacuum my front car seats. I have come to J's multiple times and normally this service takes 30-45 minutes, but today it took maybe 10. I didn't get a chance to check my car over since I went there on my lunch break and had to get back to the office. Extremely disappointed considering I paid for these services

I love this place. I'm a car guy and typically wash my own cars but since I found J's I have no reservations about letting them wash my vehicles. Roman is one of the exceptional employee's at J's and always goes above and beyond. He once made it possible to have one of my cars hand washed while the cars was on a trailer... that's what I call next level service. Thanks Roman.

Went with my father and we paid for the ultimate wash option $35 (the most expensive). Includes in and outside cleaning, with waxing and everything. They left my car very dirty, it wasn't just one spot or one area, it was all over. My rubber floor mats were dirty, under the seats wasn't vacuumed, my dash was still dusty, my windshield and other car windows were left very streaky, random spots of the exterior of my car were still dirty, water marks everywhere and at the front of my car, you could still see the dead bug guts. They took maybe 10 mins of not less. It also wasn't busy

I had the $22 wash. I was honestly disappointed. The dash was not fully wiped off. I looked like they just focused on the drivers side and didn't really do much else. I ended up wiping the the dash down again. I also had to wipe all the windows again because the towel they used was dirty and left a noticeable film on the inside of the glass. They also forgot to add the orange smell. Don't waste your money.
