Paul Rowley arrived in the United States of America from Ireland in 1986 and soon thereafter became a member of Local 94 Operating Engineers rising through the ranks very quickly from Engineer, Asst Chief, Chief Engineer, Building Manager and Portfolio Manager overseeing many high rise commercial buildings Engineering departments, while all the time attending New York University and studying Hvac design and operation.
Having sub-sequentially owned testing & balancing, energy consulting and commissioning firms, it was a natural transition to partner with Robert Andreala in acquiring Admore Air Conditioning Corp, a well-established and respected Mechanical company. As Chief Executive Officer, Paul leads with integrity and vision in building a company that serves their clients with the needs for tomorrow comfort systems.

Admore Air expertise was called upon for The International Multiple Sclerosis Management Practice's new 30,000 square foot facility headed up by one of the leading MS doctors in the world. This project had several intricate building phases that included research laboratories, doctors offices, exam rooms and sub-zero storage facilities.
