I struggled for quite some time to come up with something unique that tells YOU about ME. I decided that I wanted my "About Me" to come from someone who knows me almost better than I know myself, so I asked my son, Jack, to help with this section. Here we go. I put my whole heart and self into my photography work.
As a Raleigh maternity photographer, I love to photograph pregnancy. The glow, the sparkle in her eyes the anticipation of the arrival of her newborn baby. Pregnancy is such an incredible time in your life. It is so special and should be embraced. This is a perfect for you to bond with your partner and include a sibling.
I don't just want to be another Raleigh child photographer. I strive to be the best. To stand out and offer images that belong in a magazine. For me, I just want to give you a different kind of shoot. As an award-winning child photographer; I truly believe I can give you amazing photographs that are award-worthy.
Each newborn session is uniquely styled to your personal preferences and needs. You are always welcome to help pick out which props you would like for me to use! I have an extensive prop collection of headbands, bonnets, wraps, baskets, buckets, and posing fabrics in all colors! The simple session is a session for just baby.
With the Belly To Baby plan, you will get both full maternity and full newborn shoot! Both sessions you will choose which 20 images from each session you would like for me to hand edit. You will receive digital images and print release. You also get to chose 2 maternity gowns to wear from my custom gown collection!

Nicola was such an amazing photographer! She had so much patience with my crazy toddler when trying to capture newborn photos with her sister! She even made extra time for us to come back to try and get more! She was open to my ideas and provided so many awesome poses and props of her own! I highly recommend her!

We loved working with Nicola for our first family photos as a family of 3! She was very personable and we loved that she didn’t book multiple families back to back, despite ours only being a “mini” session. This made us less rushed, she gave us a lot of time, and we weren’t so nervous to make sure our 4-month-old daughter cooperated in the allotted time. We loved the proofs she sent us, but she even assured us that if we were unhappy with them she would reshoot them to make sure we were happy with the photos. I absolutely loved my experience of working with Nicola on our newborn pictures. I found her on Instagram and loved her work. She was easy to work with and had a very relaxed space. She knows what she is doing and does it well... we couldn’t be happier with the outcome! She has a huge inventory of set ups and outfits to pick from and she had such an eye for what we were envisioning. I will be using her again in the future and turns out some of my Facebook friends see her for pictures and had positive experiences as well.

I was surprised beyond belief with Nicola's ability to handle 2 little girls in a photo shoot. The girls loved working with her and their joy shows in every photo. Her pictures have an ephemeral quality that look almost too enchanting to be real. You have to do a "double take" on every shot. She is amazing!!
