Ed and Cathy Zellers have been serving the Parker County community since they opened their practice in 1983. Since that time, Ed and Cathy have built their practice on the core tenets of knowledgeable counsel, compassionate care, and exceptional service for each client. Ed's primary areas of practice are real estate, wills, and probate, and Cathy's practice focuses on family law, including collaborative family law, and mediation.
The decision to divorce or seek other family law orders is a difficult decision. If you are ready to take that step and want to avoid the backlog of family law cases in the court system while maintaining privacy in the process and civil relationships moving forward, contact Cathy to discuss filing your case as a collaborative case.

Collaborative Divorce is a process that also allows parties to maintain control of decision-making in their family law case, but, unlike a one-day mediation session, parties in the collaborative divorce process make their decisions over a period of several joint meetings and private consultations with their attorneys in order to develop a comprehensive settlement agreement.
Preparing your will may seem an intimidating process. It does not have to be. In fact, it can be the greatest gift you give your family and loved ones in a time of challenge. When you schedule a consultation with Ed for your will, you will have a careful private conversation with him about your questions, your wishes and your desires for your estate.
