I bought my dad a lift chair less than a year ago. It broke. I contacted Eric and he said the remote would be replaced, that never happened. Then after many phone calls and text message and weeks later I was told they would give him a new chair. That didn’t happen either.
Eric then said they would replace the motor in his chair. Weeks went by without phone calls or communication or resolution of the broken chair. After my persistent phone calls a technician came out and replaced the motor on the lift chair. Still the chair didn’t work. I was told Eric would call about how the chair could be

Eric was extremely helpful in our finding the right lift chair. He was very knowledgeable about the chairs as we needed one that would be good for the length we required. Took his time answering all our questions. Delivery was very fast. Eric and his helper knew what they were doing and made sure chair was situated as we wanted it. I've been to this local store several times. Yesterday we stopped to look at walkers with a seat - they had the perfect solution AND reasonably priced. We noticed lift chairs and again found the perfect option for us and again with a good price. I'm going back today to purchase. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and really wants to help. I recommend this store and will return myself the next time I need something they carry.
