National telecommunication company, seeks an experienced NEC Field Service Engineer to handle the New York market. This is a field services position. Strong preference will be given to candidates, who have experiences with NEC PBX SV8300/SV9300 and SV8500/SV9500. Will consider technicians who know other PBX's (i.e., Hitachi or Mitel) so long as have some hospitality industry experience.
Utilize the most efficient manpower, equipment and construction practices possible while following company policy and guidelines. Interpret construction documents, plans and specifications. Upon request, assist project manager in checking of shop drawings and submittals. Coordinate and oversee all subcontract work on a daily basis.

This voice focused (telephony) engineer is responsible for the successful delivery of diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services at our Hospitality client. Providing excellent customer service to our clients, the Engineer will specifically be responsible for the installation, integration, support and administration of voice systems.
