Matt was amazing to work with! He catered a taco bar for me and my husband’s wedding. The entire planning process he was responsive, communicated clearly, and a really fun person. At the reception, he was amazing—there was the perfect amount of food and it was great. He was so polite and really went above and beyond our expectations for him. Matt really did a great job on our wedding. Wedding food is usually pretty meh at best, but Premier Catering went above and beyond. This was definitely the best wedding food I've ever had. The prime rib was a good sized cut and absolutely delicious. The roast potatoes were done really well too. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but good things to say about the food. I would recommend Premier to anyone who needs catering done in the La Crosse area. Thanks Matt!

We attended the Lester's friday night wedding reception (November 15th) at Boot Hill Pub. The food was unbelievable. The pulled pork..cheesy potatos...beans
..Cole slaw and dinner rolls were the best I've ever had. Everyone I talked to was really impressed with the quality of the food. When my last two children decide to get married...I know who our catier will be. Thank you Premeier Catering..PS...the cakes were great too.

Matt and his staff at Premier Catering were great to work with for our wedding. In the months prior, they were fairly easy to communicate with for menu changes, though might be easy to call the office to chat rather than email. We wanted a sit down dinner rather than buffet style, which is what they usually do from what I understand. Nonetheless, the dinner service went off without a hitch and everyone loved the food. We had some weather issues and had to switch things around without our venue and they were very accommodating to those changes. Would recommend!

Premier Catering was super friendly when I first met then and food tasted wonderful when did our tasting. When it came it being organized with my information, they were not, and did write down anything or remember what had been discussed at different meetings MONTHS before my wedding. When it came to my wedding so many things went wrong and the actual owner was very rude to myself, my family, and the guests.
