With more than 18 years of experience in the bridal beauty industry, in addition to our local schedule of more than 150 weddings and events per year, we planned over 30 distance weddings and events in 2015 and 2016-including events in San Diego CA, Orlando FL, Nashville TN, Stow VT, and Brooklyn NY.
We have more than 15 years experience in Commercial Styling, we know all aspects including Makeup, Hair, Wardrobe, Styling, and creating headshots. We are also experienced in all types of media including: Film, Print, and Video. We have conducted extensive research and training for several of our media clients concerning styling changes for HD in both print and video formats.
In our experience, proper preparation & maintenance are essential to achieving the ideal color and overall appearance from an airbrush tan. They are also key factors in assuring a longer lasting tan that will fade evenly. These tips are a result of careful research and are designed to help you get the best possible results from your session.

Alayne and everyone at Make Me Fab was absolutely fantastic! During my trial I brought up challenges I often face with hair and makeup, specifically caking in crowsfeet, under eyes looking too dark, and my hair being really thin, and Alayne thoughtfully created a look that avoided every last concern I had brought up. On the day of the wedding, Alayne knew exactly what I had said months earlier, and recreated the look from trial perfectly in a way that looked fresh, never caked, and stayed put well into the after party. When I moved to the area I tried 2 other salons before I found this one. Make Me Fabulous does a great job with hair, wax and makeup. After trying them and being very happy with the results, I contracted them do my wedding. They did such an amazing job! I am so happy to have found them. I highly recommend that you give them a try.

I booked Patty Bassett as my wedding hairstylist before she moved to work at Make Me Fabulous, but I was very pleased with my experience working with Alaine and Christine from the salon. Patty had done my friends wedding in 2019 and I loved how my hair had come out then and also how my friends had/the rest of the bridesmaids. That made this a no brainer decision for me when I was looking for a hairstylist of my own! Patty did an amazing job on my hair as well as for all my bridesmaids and for my mom! I am so grateful to Alayne and her team for the work they did for my wedding day. Make Me Fab was so communicative, supportive, and flexible leading up to and day-of. I was a little nervous, since the wedding was a destination and I never had time to do a trial, but Alayne could not have done a better job capturing exactly what I wanted, and making me look just like myself, only better. She even saved the day several times - whipping out a razor, hair wefts, and oil blotters as needed. (Oh yeah and ten bridesmaids and two mothers looked beautiful, too!)

I saw Alayne last week for a cut that would compliment my naturally curly hair. I've not had a lot of luck finding stylists who were comfortable and/or competent when it came to this sort of thing. I was blown away when I looked in the mirror after she had finished! I had never seen my curls look so amazing!! Katerina did an incredible job on my mother in law this past weekend. She had an accident and bruised her face and had a black eye, from the fall. Katerina was cool & confident and had my MIL walking out feeling beautiful with the bruising hardly noticeable. We could not have asked for anything better and she truly made the wedding for her.
The rest of the MMF team is incredible. Alayne and her staff and top notch and truly amazing to work with. They made my wedding day special for everyone and for that, we are truly grateful.

Love this salon! After moving from LA I was worried that in a small town I'd not find a spot to make me look fabulous. This place and the people there are perfectly fantastic. My two taped in hair extensions add so much to my 58 year old appearance. Bouncy hair adds a dimension and it's very affordable.

Just moved to the capital region and was in need of a haircut. After tedious google searching I came across Make Me Fabulous and I am so glad I did!! Guys, if anyone is looking for a GREAT salon with great service and attention to detail, this is the one. I have been going to Alayne a couple times for coloring my hair and I will always go here if I need to. She makes sure I am happy with my color and adjusts it to whatever is best for me. My hair is difficult to cut and my regular stylist was out of town so I decided to try MMF as I had heard nothing but good things. I called first to inquire as to whether or not someone on staff knew how to cut very thick hair. I was assured that they were skilled and experienced with my kind of hair.

Alayne is a master at her craft! Making people beautiful for 20 years, she certainly knows what she's doing. I've been a client for 5 years and I can't imagine seeing anyone else. I had a wedding 3 weeks ago and would HIGHLY recommend Make Me Fabulous. Thankfully, I had an epiphany and decided 3 days before my wedding that I would get my hair and makeup done and not do it myself. The whole booking process was seamless and the receptionists and bridal coordinator were so friendly and helpful. They sent a senior stylist Courtney and her assistant and I had a few bridesmaids also getting hair/makeup done.
