TERRIBLE HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE!!!! I called at 6am to schedule pickup at 6:30!to go to the airport. The appointment was made without any problem, however, at 6:40 I contacted them and they said they're very busy and we were the next pickup. 10 min later no cab and I asked how much longer. They said they could not give me an ETA until a driver was available. I scheduled 6:30 allowing an extra 30 min to make our flight. I ended up getting an Uber and the aid arrived over 30 min late. I could not be more upset.

Well, I really can't do a review, because the company wouldn't take my business. I called Camelback Cab Company because I like using local companies rather than Uber or Lyft - and it had great reviews. I was in a bind, and needed to do a round trip, 5 mile (2.5 miles each way, plus waiting time) ride. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was not interested in a taking short round-trip passengers. He told me to call Uber.

Unfortunately, management disappoints ( Eric). After experiencing relatively good service for rides back and forth to/from doctors, got a bad apple driver who was rude when I confirmed ride, by stating "right" and then he refused to pick me up, unknowingly to me, as I waited. I pursued this afterwards thru the business where I learned after speaking to Eric who stated he was in management took the side of the bad apple driver. Eric also put down another driver who I like and was very good, as Eric was likewise rude. I believe I spoke to him previously, also, and recall he was also unprofessional

I had an excellent experience using this taxi service. 1st off when I called the person that I spoke to and I suppose that means it's the dispatcher happened to be extremely nice and patient with me because I had a hard time telling them the address of where I was heading. I was definitely having a blonde moment even though I'm not blonde lol...As far is the actual service is concerned the driver got here early and the car was extremely clean. The driver was a polite elderly gentleman who open the door for me and when I got in the vehicle handed me a cold bottle of water. Of course that

I used this taxi service based upon a referral from a friend because I wasn't very familiar with taxi services in my area. I was actually pleasantly surprised because the driver who showed up was clean and polite and professional and in fact he was early for his pick up. There were bottles of water in the taxi and to my surprise they were also little bags of candy treats. All of these little things really made a big difference in terms of service.

I booked a cab with this company THE NIGHT BEFORE I NEEDED IT to get from my hotel in Cave Creek, Arizona, to the place I was working over the weekend in Carefree. I know they weren't far apart, but I had tons of luggage and couldn't walk that far. I reserved them at 5:30pm the night before I needed them, for a 12:00pm pickup the following day. They called me 2 hours before they were supposed to pick me up, and said they just didn't have a driver in Cave Creek, so sorry, and that was it. I was left stranded at my hotel. And it was too late by then to book with another cab company

It was late. I needed a cab to Sky Harbor for an early flight the next morning. I called other cab companies and got answering machines. "Leave a message. We'll call you back." I didn't trust that system. Camelback had an actual human being answer the phone and schedule the appointment. I felt relief. And I was even more grateful when the cab driver showed up early. It was a reasonable price and everything went smoothly. I'll be calling them again.

Ordered a cab online and was met by a huge black Chevy Suburban SUV instead of an actual taxi cab. A waste for just one passenger! (And it took 5 extra minutes before we found each other, because I was looking for a taxi cab.) According to the driver, that's the only kind of vehicle in their fleet. If you want a luxurious ride and don't care about climate change or smog, then this is the company for you. But not for me.

During our trip to Arizona, we decided to venture into Scottsdale for the last two days of our stay. There was a card for Camelback Cab Co. in our hotel, so we called and tried them out.
We had a great experience with them the first time we booked a ride, and were impressed enough to continue booking cabs through this company while we were touring the area and when we had to go to the airport at the end of our trip.
Here's the positives:
- The cars were clean (even smelled nice, which I've never experienced in over 2 decades of using taxi services)
- Our drivers were friendly, and

So I was in Arizona this for the first time on business. I was just going to take one of the car sharing companies like I usually do, but a friend told me about how great Camelback was. I'm glad I took his advice. It was the most pleasant cab ride I've ever taken. They showed up on time, the driver was professional, cab was clean. No lingering cigarette smell and the driver knew where to go. When I visit again, I'm definitely going to use Camelback.

This is an amazing service--it combines all the things you want from a cab company. Their service is easy to book, they come right on time, and their drivers are always the nicest.
