I drove 60 miles to have my Artic Cat sled repaired.I left the trailer and sled at the dealership. A week later I called to see how it was going. They then said that they did not look at the sled and if I needed parts they could probably could not get them out of Canada. I said look at it and see.
The bottom line is they said and come get the sled, they were not going to look at it.
Is this the way to run a business ?

Awesome people, family oriented, no pressure sales, very educated on their products. Glad to have done business here. I bought 2 new Arctic Cat 700 and several other products at different times. Did I mention they have Maple Syrup.
