Sara Mitteer is the founder and owner of Reiki of San Diego, LLC. Trained in both traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho and Holy Fire Reiki, Sara is a Certified Reiki Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Crystal Healer, Certified Sound Healer, Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Hypnotherapist and Trance Medium.
Reiki is a form of energy medicine that works with the human biofield. Everyday we are bombarded with stress, life traumas, emotions, environmental pollutants, product chemicals, pesticides, wifi/satellite signals, negative people, etc. All of our life experiences and emotions are stored in our cells and tissues.

Lisa came highly recommended from a very good friend of mind. I have always been a little skeptical about seeing a reiki healer but because of her background and many years of experience, I decided to give it a try. I was nervous the whole drive over and even when I got to her office but as soon as I met her, my nerves instantly were calmed. Her love for helping others and teaching us how to re-word/and talk to ourselves is amazing. I spent 90+ minutes with her and walked out feeling such a sense of relief! I can not express enough gratitude to Reiki of San Diego and my Reiki Master Karen. I started my journey of self healing and reflection in May of this year and really had no idea how much would be unpacked. I had a great experience with Reiki of San Diego, the moment I walked in, I received a warm welcome from Lisa.. we exchanged conversation and I felt extremely comfortable talking with her. Everything we talked about was spot on I'm according to what's been going on in my life. She was very supportive and understanding and I always appreciate those that are very understanding. Though I was unable to continue therapy sessions due to a small income, I still found my session with Lisa to be a great experience, it definitely helped me open my mind and gave me a greater sense of relaxation

Came in a few times and had an amazing experience. Wow! I learned so much about myself that I have been repressing. I did Reiki with Karen and she was spot on. Very intuitive and knowledgeable. She has a very peaceful feel around her. I met with Megan on my next session with doing Quantum Resonance. That was an out of this world experience! IT WORKS! I had the most AMAZING experience working with Karen!! I feel like she was the exact person I needed to come in to my life at this time. I tried Reiki for the first time and Even though I was hesitant because it was so new to me, I am so glad I did. My Reiki Master Karen made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I also tried the crystal therapy and sound healing which is an upgrade but I’m so glad I tried it, it was a great experience overall! I am forever grateful and will be going back soon hopefully!! My first time experience which was a consultation with Karen at the Reiki treatment center was very meaningful and wonderful, we had gone over some breathing techniques as well as discussing the issues that needed to be addressed, after trying out the sessions with the crystals and relaxation, I woke up so relaxed that I actually forgot that I was at the treatment center, and I felt like I was walking on lighter air as I left, there were definitely some anxiety issues that were found in the post assessment that need fixing with more treatments to come. From major skeptic to true believer. I have to say I was not one to believe in this form of treatment. My daughter and I have tried counseling in the past with different counselors. For whatever reason, we still felt "off" and couldn't put our finger on it. An acquaintance suggested we try Reiki with Sara. I had no clue what this was and started doing some research. I always feel like a completely changed person after my reiki sessions with Sara and Megan. Megan has such a bright, positive energy about her and she really cares. I feel a million times better after our reiki session. Even my boyfriend noticed the difference. He said I seem a lot more sure of myself and more calm.

I started seeing Sara in the Summer of 2018. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect from a Reiki session. I didn't understand what Reiki was or if it would even work. The only thing I knew for sure was that I needed to make a change in my life. I wanted to let go of all the pain in my past, heal from it, and become a better person. Sara is a gifted healer. I have been seeing her for months and my physical and mental health have benefited greatly. She is very comforting and understanding, exactly what is needed to be vulnerable during my sessions.

I am a massage therapist and energy healer who is blown away by Sara's Reiki sessions! Whether, I have an ongoing block in energy or feel like I need to be grounded I always come out feeling like the session accomplished something. Even if it's not immediately noticeable the days after I just feel lighter.
She does a great jo checking in at the beginning and then in closing she hits on key points that you are or may not be aware of to focus on your own.
I've attended sessions as well as a sound healing class and never leave disappointed.

A recent change in my personal life was causing some anxiety for me. And though I was able to get by, people close to me noticed something wrong.
They could tell there was something different about me lately and two different friends suggested I give reiki a try. So, I gave it a shot. I felt so much better after my first appointment. I still couldn't really explain why everything felt better but it did. I felt a substantial part of the anxiety melt away and I will be returning soon. All I can say is that it worked for me.
