Dr. Neil Mandalia grew up in Newtown, PA where he began his journey toward orthodontics at a young age. Gifted with an aesthetic eye and an analytical mind, he first gravitated towards a career in architecture/engineering and then to cosmetic dentistry, following in his father's and sister's footsteps.
Our goal at My Smile Orthodontist is to make orthodontic treatment affordable for everyone. As a matter of convenience to patients, Dr. Mandalia also offers an automatic draft from checking accounts or credit cards. We will review all the fees associated with treatment and the financial options available during your complimentary orthodontic consultation.
As a rule of thumb, we like to evaluate young patients after the 6-year molars erupt and the front permanent teeth just start to appear. This is usually between the ages of 6 and 8. The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that all children be seen for the first time by age 7. The purpose of early evaluation is to inform and observe, more than to start treatment.
It's more important than ever to brush and floss regularly when you have braces, so the teeth and gums are healthy during orthodontic treatment. Patients who do not keep their teeth clean may require more frequent visits to the dentist for a professional cleaning. Adults who have a history of gum disease should also see a periodontist during orthodontic treatment.

I had a great experience at MySmile. The staff is awesome, very friendly and made you feel comfortable. They treat you like family there. Dr. Neil’s attention to detail and his ability to communicate the best plan of care was something I was not used to from other orthodontics. The state of the art technology they have is unmatched. Highly recommend!

This is the most beautiful and luxury doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and in no time I was seen by a doctor. The whole process was very high tech, they have an amazing technology and I was able to see my simulated results before the treatment even started. The doctor was very knowledgeable but also made me feel at ease about the entire process. He pinpointed in a 3D digital image every way that he could make my smile look better and how it would affect my overall face and teeth health. Very great and chill staff overall. As soon as I walked into My Smile Orthodontist, I felt warmly welcomed and already knew I was in good hands. The place is astounding and is probably one of the cleanest places I've ever been to. Madison performed my teeth whitening procedure and she walked me through every step and explained everything in detail. She made the experience fun as she made me laugh and feel comfortable the whole time by checking in on me. Dr. Neil even checked up in on me to make sure I didn't need anything. Besides my experience being amazing, my teeth came out so extremely WHITE! I've always struggled with stains

My daughter was super nervous and weary of the orthodontist. The team at My Smile put her at ease from the second we walked in the door. They provided a comprehensive treatment plan that was more detailed and understandable then any other orthodontist we had consulted. Their pricing was in line, but what sold us was and amazing customer service with insurance acceptance. . Madison and Dr. Mandalia were super helpful, very friendly, and incredibly accommodating. I was able to schedule an appointment the very next day when I needed one quickly. The office is very welcoming, with coffee, water and iPads available for the kids while they wait. Dr. Mandalia takes pride in ensuring his patients are as comfortable as possible during their appointments, and he and his staff go out of their way to help patients as much as they can. Dr. Neil and Madison we’re absolutely fabulous. The minute we walked into the office our son felt extremely comfortable being there. The facility is extremely clean and fresh. Dr. Neil created a plan for our son and explained the logic behind his plan as well as explaining the different processes and procedures that we would be going through in order to help with our sons complex teeth situation. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and had multiple different payment options which are extremely helpful.
