At NAB Life Health, Dr. Michael Adam Weisbruch's focus is not just to treat your symptoms but to provide the roadmap to an optimal life. Our core services are Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Preventative Medicine, Wellness Testing, Medicare Chronic Care Management and Remote Patient Monitoring, Hormone Therapy, Care Coordination, and minor procedures.
Direct Primary Care is a service that we are proud to offer at a low monthly or annual fee to our patients in return for direct access to our clinicians. We are proud members of the Direct Primary Care Coalition. The only additional cost that the member would incur for medical care would be minimal material cost, lab, imaging, and prescriptions (if necessary); of which we have also negotiated a lower cash price.
Workplace Direct Primary Care is an extension of our Direct Primary Care service of which we extend to small businesses that have the ability to enroll as a group and payroll deduct the cost. It allows patients to have access to our clinicians at a low monthly or annual fee. We are proud members of the Direct Primary Care Coalition.

Dr. Weisbruch is always attentive to patients' personal concerns and answers all questions thoroughly. He takes his time, asks for your inputs and includes you in the decisions for your care. You never feel rushed like so many of the "turnstile" practices that want to get you in and out quickly. By far, the best doctor I've had!

I was SO blessed to hear about this healthcare organization on talk radio. Being one of millions of people with no insurance, it almost sounded to good to be true, but what did I have to lose. These wonderful people provide medical services for a minimal monthly fee. One could essentially go into the office daily, please don't do this, my point is they are available for

I saw Dr Weisbruch today for the first time and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. The front staff was so friendly and helpful. Connie, the nurse, was so very friendly and appears to go out of her way to be helpful. Dr Weisbruch was very thorough in his history taking and making sure he understood previous treatments & meds I was taking.He spent well over an hour with me. He was a delight to talk with and I felt very comfortable. I met Adam,the PA that I’ll also work with. He was friendly and helpful as well. Class A practice.

Dr Weisbruck, Connie (his nurse), & the entire team are EXCEPTIONAL! I felt welcomed, listened to & never rushed, & got outstanding guidance & a plan of action for a follow-up visit. Very grateful for the hour Dr Weisbruck reviewed & listened to my med history, & am thrilled to choose him & his team for my med care. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, you won't be disappointed!!! My husband and I have recently started seeing Dr Weisbruch at NAB Life. He spends time with us and is not rushed at all. He takes into consideration the overall picture of you as a person and your health. He carefully explains things and ensures you understand. The rest of his staff follows suit. Very happy with our decision to be his patients.

The entire staff at this office is wonderful. The young lady answering the phone is kind, professional and seems sincerely concerned. The doctor sat and talked me for an hour about the issues I was experiencing. He took notes and asked questions. After my appointment I was sent a summary of the notes taken and the recommendations from the doctor. I am really in awe!! This is the first time in many many years that I have ever felt like the doctor really cared about me as a person and wasn't just concerned with rushing me out of his office so he could see the next payment, I mean patient. Hands down best doctor appointment I’ve ever had, very nice and friendly staff. Doctor went over everything and listened to all my concerns.
He takes cash patients so that also a huge plus in my book. I highly recommend giving this office a try. He’s one of few offices in town with good reviews and after my appointment I can see why.
