If you are considering bariatric weight loss surgery or have already had it, you know that adopting a healthy lifestyle is key to your success. As well, if the words "Healthy Lifestyle" are a foreign concept, then you need a professional ally that can provide evidenced based nutritional and supplement guidelines!
If you are living with diabetes, or have recently been diagnosed, then you know how challenging it can be to manage your disease and learn all the things you need to learn to stay healthy. There is not enough time in the doctor's office to learn or even ask the right questions.

Healthy eating, menu planning, physical activity, monitoring your blood glucose, stress reduction, and adhering to a medication schedule, will reduce your risk from diabetic complications. That being said, do you need help with this? Are you overwhelmed?
Cardiovascular disease or heart health, is the No. 1 cause of death in the United States, more than all forms of cancer combined, yet many forms of cardiovascular disease ie. Coronary Heart Disease, Coronary Artery Disease, and Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease can be prevented or treated with healthy lifestyle choices as the foundation of treatment.

I have been dealing with gastrointestinal problems for about 7 years now. No one was able to pin point and address the issue until I saw Dr. Landman. Within 10 minutes, she was able to recognize the issue, and immediately began to educate me and create a plan that would help my situation. Two months later, I have never felt healthier, my inner gut is thriving, and I'm on my way to a green zone life. For those suffering from IBS, or colitis or "stomach issues that aren't able to be diagnosed" Please do yourself the favor of seeing Dr. Landman! I get emotional just being able to carry through a normal

I saw Ms. Landman out of desperation. For several months I had been suffering from terrible G.I. issues (e.g. chronic constipation, gastritis, and GERD). I went to three different G.I. Doctors, and none of them were able to help me. They only prescribed meds (which made me feel worse) and they/their staff were unsympathetic to my problems.

Then I saw Ms. Landman. She immediately put my on a regiment of supplements and dietary regime, which within 1-2 weeks completely reversed my symptoms! I would not believe that it would have been possible, if I did not live and experience it myself. She did

So there I was, a victim of high cholesterol, increasing blood pressure for the worst, and the all-to-known tire around the waist. Then I met Alix, My dietary habits have changed forever! For a mere $10 copay, I was able to garner a wealth of nutritional information that directly targeted my concerns! More directly, Alix's approach is definitely excellent at what she does...but I'd emphasize the not so tangible qualities that I've experienced such as compassion, understanding, and attentiveness. Alix didn't seem overly scientific (although she hits the nail on the head

Finding Alix Landman was a blessing.I was very sick when I first started seeing her; I had many health issues. I've been able to stop taking medication that I had been on for years.I am learning what good nutrition really is, and how much it is changing my life.
My health has definitely improved; I recommend her. She's a great listener, which is not common these days and she is a true professional.

I first contacted Dr. Landman for good nutrition and weight loss counseling and I have been seeing her for about 3 months now.

In the past, I have tried many different ways to keep a healthy diet that will maintain my ideal weight, and have always failed. I even got a gastric sleeve, but I have always had to watch my weight constantly to avoid losing the operation.

Thanks to Dr. Landman's dedication and counseling, I am learning which foods encourage a healthier lifestyle, as well as understanding how my body works with the food I eat.

She has never restricted my eating habits but has shown

She's given me a lot of tools to aid me in the right direction. It all makes complete sense. I would definitely recommend her practice. Wish there were more caring, 'thinking outside the box' folks like her around.

Alix Landmanis a knowledgeable up to date nutritionist and dietitian. I have been working with her for several years. When physicians were not able to help me with abdominal issues I turned to Alix. Using some different types of testing, her evaluation and changes in my supplement routine my issues have been resolved. I see her every year to evaluate my blood work and make changes to my diet and supplements.

Alix is continually researching new products and formulations. She has even helped my understand some recent medical testing. I cannot say more than she is the best nutritionist I have ever

I did --not-- like this woman at all! From the moment I sat down, she was not only gruff but also very condescending. Extremely ego driven. Made statements about my dietary habits and body shape that any quick Google search would have shown (minus the rudeness). She referred to my body as 'gynoid' or pear shape, which is obvious and a fact I love. Then she concluded that it is due to the toxic environment we live in (i.e., the chemicals and what-not). Moving on to add, that it is 'fixable'. Are you kidding me? What about genetics? I am Hispanic. And not once did I ever say that
