We’ve used this office of State Farm for over 30 years starting when it was C. Larry Rhodes. It continues to be a terrific office, always answering phone calls right away and getting answers to any queries. Lately, it’s been Jake Hess who has been quite helpful and personable - even finding us an easy way today to lower our House insurance premium. Mr. Hess is the REAL “Jake from State Farm”!

Even when i had my wreck James was talkin just like a friend would. Excellent customer service. Excellent pricing, and always does what i ask with no hassel. 10/10 James does a great job... at least for our house hold.

I've worked in customer service for the majority of my life. Seems like good customer service is a thing of the past these days, but I can assure you, if you have the pleasure of working with Cody Layson at Watzlavik State Farm, your faith in good service will be restored. This young man is hands down one of the most thorough and helpful employees I've encountered in a really long time. Just above and beyond from start to finish. We received a worrisome phone call regarding the closing on our new mortgage. We needed immediate help to get a policy to cover our new home. Within an hour Cody was able to provide everything we needed to secure our closing for the new loan. He went above and beyond the call of duty to first and foremost put me at ease and support me through each step of the way. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Cody taking charge and getting this processed. Without his assistance, it may have delayed the closing on the house and caused additional stress for all of us. Cody was truly a blessing

I have been very pleased with the attention that Paul and Dan have given to my account. They have saved me a significant amount of money on my premiums as well as increased my coverage on my home, auto and farm policies with an umbrella policy.
