The American Equestrian Alliance states that horseback riding can be helpful for children dealing with physical challenges and can help improve balance, muscle strength and flexibility. Working with horses can also help a child to gain confidence and a sense of responsibility through learning horse care and upkeep, while enjoying the sense of freedom riding a horse will bring.

This camp was a chance for our daughter to disconnect from technology and immerse herself in a fantastic range of activities that involved the horses - she loves so much. She loved the experience, the environment, and the close friendships that she has developed. She had the chance of trail riding which she doesn't has at her regular lessons barn. Mrs. Ashley her favorite trainer at Pony Gang has helped her to develop a better seat and with this a better connection to her pony. Her trainer here was impressed by the positive changes in her seat. The trick riding classes have been another one of

I waited to write a review but it has been 3 months since my daughter's camp experience and I am still not satisfied. The handbook is misleading. My daughter did not get her own horse to care for and she came home crying the first day. After speaking to Stephanie about my concerns, I convinced my daughter to try one more day. Her experience was not much better and she didn't want to finish the week . I have been trying for the last three months to have her tie dye shirt that I had to pay for on top of the camp fees mailed to me. Considering the $400 cost of camp and my daughter only attending 2

My daughter went to Pony Gang Overnight Camp this year together with a friend. They both loved the personal attention they got from the awesome counselors and trainers at the Farm. They loved all the horses and other farm animals. Their riding improved dramatically in just two weeks! The quality of instruction and horses were excellent. The safety was always a priority for everyone on the Camp team. The Campers area was above general camp standards. A plus is that it has air-condition.
This is an excellent camp for beginners or advanced riders. My daughter and her friend can't wait to return next

My child participated in one of their week long day camps. The website for this camp was an out right lie. The website states 1 hour of riding lesson, arts and crafts, free time, swimming and yard games. From day one my child hated the place. After the 3rd day I allowed her to quit. My child fully understood that she would be cleaning the pastures, feeding the horses and taking care of the horses. What was unexpected was that she would only get short lessons, have to take care of younger children instead of getting her riding time, take care of other farm animals. Arts and crafts was only coloring

Our daughter had a wonderful time at Pony Gang’s 2-week overnight camp. It was the true farm and equestrian experience she was eager to get. Pony Gang’s website outlined in detail and very accurately of what activities to expect during the camp. Our daughter is already making plans to come back next year!
