William (Bill) Post's professional insurance career began after graduating from Boise State University in 1968. He worked as an underwriter and marketing representative for Industrial Indemnity, and then joined Henry-Rust & Co. in 1974. In 1986, after nearly two decades in the industry, Bill started Post Insurance to meet a growing need in the insurance industry for surety expertise specific to Idaho's growing construction industry.
