John B Darien, IL: We needed to get my mother in laws house ready for sale, so we hired Javier to remove some old wallpaper and repaint the walls in three rooms, which he did in a very neat, high-quality way.
But quickly we expanded the scope of the project, and Javier wound up painting every single room of the house; tiling two bathroom floors and the kitchen floor; installing crown moulding and baseboard trim in multiple rooms; installing chair rail in the dining room; installing (and painting) all new interior doors and surrounding trim in every room; hanging multiple light fixtures throughout the house; installing a laundry cabinet; installing three bathroom vanities, mirrors, faucets, and towel rods; retiling two bathroom showers; installing the kitchen backsplash; installing the range hood; and repainting the trim in the entire house.

Javier was incredibly quick to respond to our initial inquiry for an estimate for wallpapering and painting our large bathroom. He helped to estimate how much wallpaper we would need and provided installation quotes for multiple wallpaper options. He was timely, professional, and tidy when he was actually doing the painting and installation. Javier is a professional, who is skilled, takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to insure the quality meets his high standards. He worked on a large room where we removed the wall paper that was decades old. He was able to restore the walls to like new condition. We were impressed.
Javier was very respectful of our space and property while we working from home. He showed up when promised, he was well organized and tidy. He also took the time to do little extras that put the finishing touches on the project.

I’ve hired Javier now for 2 painting jobs, and both times, he’s exceeded my expectations. Yesterday’s job included painting my bathroom walls, painting the bathroom vanity, and adding hardware. He didn’t just focus on those tasks alone though. He also added those soft felt pads to my vanity drawers and cabinets that I didn’t even realize I needed, and he recaulked part of our vanity backsplash which took the whole job to the next level. You won’t regret hiring him!
