I called these guys on the phone and they tried to tell me that AC refrigerant just "leaks out" over time, without a hole, and needs to be periodically refilled. No... it doesn't! It's a closed system! Never refill the refrigerant without looking for a leak. I'm guessing they wanted to keep charging an arm and a leg every few months to refill it without fixing the leak.
